The goal is control rather than intervention, keeping the cup clear while allowing the natural process to show through.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cup, it sits on the brighter side of the spectrum. Raspberry leads, clean and lifted, followed by a deeper pineapple note that leans slightly caramelised.
