Specialty Series: Espresso

Grind size, water quality, water temperature, ratio of coffee to water, contact time... Foreign concepts?! These are the main variables that contribute to proper extraction and strength of flavor when pulling a shot of espresso. This class teaches you why these are so important and how to control these variables via the espresso machine and grinder to achieve a beautiful espresso. This class is very hands on. Come with a bit of patience, all espresso takes some practice. But, by the end of the class you will know how to pull that perfect shot and leave with the skill to take your drink prep to a new level!
