About This Coffee:
For Tenfold’s first holiday blend, we wanted to emulate the best of the season. Big baking spice flavors, sweetness and warmth of mulled wine, and a cup profile that would feel best on the coldest of mornings and sleepiest afternoons spent with those close to us.
To achieve this, we landed on a coffee expertly produced with modern techniques. Sebastian Ramirez’ Cinnamon Co-Fermented Caturra from his facility in Quindío (El Placer) brings not only flavors of cinnamon, but nutmeg and allspice, and a rich chocolate undertone. We paired it with a classic washed profile, a regional blend from Nicaragua that has great body, clean acidity, and even more chocolate richness.
What resulted was a coffee that delivered on all of our desires for a comforting holiday classic, and we’re so excited to share it with you in this time of togetherness. Sense memory plays such a vital role at the end of each year, and to us, merely a whiff of this coffee brings with it the joy of the season.

Unblended Coffee / Young Producer Program (YCA)
Unblended Coffee is a green coffee company that strives to create a more exciting and bright future for coffee producers. They work closely with producers and roasters to build meaningful and lasting relationships in the coffee industry. The belief that drives them is that the pursuit of excellence and mastery is the only way forward, and the only way to dignify everyone in this industry.
The Young Producer Program (YCA) is a principal reason that drove us at Tenfold to develop a relationship with Unblended. This program guides producers in the creation of their own coffee project, positioning their brand internationally, and improving the profitability of their operations. The emphasis on building best farming and business practices to increase cup quality and differentiation makes this a wonderful initiative! It invites the next generation of coffee producers to center their focus on the industry which connects us in such meaningful ways.
Sebastian Ramirez
Sebastian Ramirez is a 4th generation coffee producer, with over 12 years of experience, who serves as a guide and mentor in Unblended’s Young Producer Program. One of his profiles actually features in the Young Producer Lot(!), which has been a favorite at Tenfold since we first purchased it in December of 2024. Primarily sourcing coffees from Quindío, he also works with producers in Huila who provide special varieties such as Gesha and Pink Bourbon.
With a firm foundation of traditional techniques, Sebastian has a keen interest in innovating, and developing new profiles in Colombian coffee. As opposed to operating a farm, his operation, El Placer, works as a processing facility, where he oversees the production of excellent and distinctive coffees from Quindío and Huila.
Relationship
It was happenstance that brought Tenfold and Unblended together. A pop-in from the customer success team at the beginning of 2024 eventually led to what has become an exciting partnership between us. Our values, and vision for the future of the coffee industry are kindred! Having participated in multiple community events with them, it’s obvious to us their commitment is true, and their beliefs steadfast.

StoneX Specialty Coffee
StoneX Specialty Coffee is a subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc., which is one of the world’s leading financial services networks, specializing in traded physical commodities. The specialty coffee arm of StoneX emphasizes risk management, supply chain logistics, trading, and of course farm level production. Their approach of vertical integration allows them to not only offer an expansive menu of coffees, but to find solutions for an expansive array of coffee roasters.
Relationship
The connection from Tenfold to StoneX is a new one indeed, although it is based in longstanding business relationships.
In the middle of 2025, we found ourselves with the task of replacing an important component of our blend offerings, due to unforeseen circumstances in the global coffee market, as well as an unfortunate need to back out of a purchase that would’ve given us supply into the new year.
Although we sampled coffees from many traders, we finally landed on partnering with StoneX, first for their offering of good quality blend lots, but also because their (then newly appointed) Houston representative is a friend of the shop, Camila Topke! Her family’s farm in Guatemala provided a key blender coffee in Tenfold’s early days, and we’re very happy to be working directly with her again.
