Tuke

Raspberry, Pineapple & Tangy

A natural lot from Tuke Yute in Keramo, Sidama, produced with a small network of local growers. Careful picking and slow drying keep things clean and structured. Expect bright raspberry, deeper roasted pineapple, and a tangy finish that carries through the cup without tipping into excess.

About this coffee

This lot comes from Tuke Yute, a producer based in Keramo Shanta in Bensa, Sidama. He works from a 10-hectare farm, processing his own coffee alongside cherry collected from around 30 neighbouring growers. The work is local and collaborative, with quality shared across the group rather than held by a single farm.

Ripe cherry is handpicked, floated to remove lower-density fruit, and then dried slowly on raised beds under shade. The goal is control rather than intervention, keeping the cup clear while allowing the natural process to show through.

In the cup, it sits on the brighter side of the spectrum. Raspberry leads, clean and lifted, followed by a deeper pineapple note that leans slightly caramelised. The acidity has a tang to it that carries the structure without becoming sharp.

It’s a composed natural. Open, balanced, and easy to keep coming back to.
